I designed the cut-outs on the box so that you’d see the vellum on the top and the bottom box on the sides. I added some complimentary cutwork to either side of the box, too. This paper heart box uses the same cutwork heart seen on my DIY leather planner because I just loved that design. What’s been fun to see is that many crafty people leave the light out, and instead using it as a 3D heart box! Such creativity!! I love this heart box and have also created a paper heart lamp to go along with this box. So I created a special 3D paper heart box.
